Pacific Build Concepts was founded to help Pacific families living overseas design and build homes back in Samoa.

With many Pacific families in Australia, New Zealand and the United States wanting to build back home on family land, the process can often feel overwhelming. Pacific Build Concepts aims to bridge the gap between design, builder selection and construction by providing quality home designs and trusted local industry connections.

Founded by Tania West, Pacific Build Concepts combines over 10 years of residential and commercial design experience across New Zealand and Australia with a passion for helping Pacific families build back home.

Pacific Build Concepts works with a growing network of trusted builders throughout the Pacific.

Our builder partners are selected based on:

  • Ability to deliver residential projects

While we can introduce clients to builders, clients remain free to engage any builder of their choice.

Our role is to provide quality design services and help connect you with reputable construction professionals who can bring your project to life.
