Using your brief and site information, we create a custom design tailored to your needs. You'll receive floor plans, elevations, and 3D visuals to help bring your project to life.

3. Design Development

We work with you to refine the design through feedback and revisions, ensuring the final concept aligns with your vision and budget.

4. Builder Pricing

Once complete, your design package can be issued to local builders for preliminary pricing, helping you understand likely construction costs before proceeding.

5. Detailed Design

Once pricing has been secured we develop the concept into a detailed documentation package suitable for final building approvals, engineering coordination, and construction.

From AUD $1,500

Modify an existing Pacific Build Concepts plan to suit a specific site.

Includes:

• Layout modifications eg. additional bedrooms 

• Orientation changes 

• Patio adjustments

• Minor design changes

4. Drafting & Documentation Services

From AUD $2,500

For clients who already have a design and require professional documentation for submission to builders, consultants or local building authority's.

Includes:

• Detailed floor plans

• Roof plans

• Elevations

• Sections

• Window & door schedules

5. Full Design & Documentation Package

AUD $5,000+

Your full residential design package this is dependent on the complexity of the project and scale of design and documentation required.

6. Builder Pricing & Tender Service

AUD $750

Once your concept design is complete, we can assist with obtaining pricing from local builders.

We maintain a network of trusted builders throughout the Pacific however, clients are encouraged to seek multiple quotations to ensure a thorough comparison of pricing, construction experience, and project suitability.

Our tender process is conducted independently and fairly. Pacific Build Concepts does not favour any particular builder, and all builders are provided with the same information to ensure an equitable and transparent pricing process.

Includes:

• Preparation of tender documentation
• Distribution of drawings to selected builders
• Coordination of builder enquiries
• Collection of quotations
• Comparison of pricing submissions
• Guidance on evaluating builder proposals
